The room was nice but the disadvantage was the location above the train station. I didn't hear passenger trains but the cargo trains were making a bit of noise in the room even though the window was closed. Otherwise, everything was fine.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The location was very good, right next to the central station and connections to city center and sights. The room was quite and cozy. Good value for money specially with the city tickets so you can roam around freely.

Easy check in, easy check out. Personnel was polite. Room was nice, with cupoboards. Carpet on the floor in the room. Comfy chair, good table to work.

This hotel is conveniently located next to the train station. I had to be in Frankfurt the following day, so it was perfect for this purpose. The friendly staff at reception ensured a quick and efficient check-in and check-out.

Very clean. Very clean. Good breakfast. Perfectly situated to access public transport and go anywhere in the city.

Right next to the train station, lot of good restaurants nearby, Clean room, very good sound isolation, couldn't hear any trains. Free pass for public transportation including trains to local stations.

Location was great. I loved the view to the trains, but I could imagine that it's not everyone's cup of tea. Comfortable rooms. Breakfast was ok, nothing special.

I got spacious room. The breakfast ok. But one day there was no juice. Another there was no bacon. And the coffee machine did not have an option for normal black coffee. Still the breakfast was good enough.

I wanna thank the girl with glasses at reception, sorry I can't remember her name. I was there with a big problem and she did her best to help me. She is very very kind and she is a great example of what excellent hospitality means.

Nice and spacious room, good sound proofing as the trains from the adjacent train station were not heard at all, no vibrations either. Minibar and kettle were a plus. Comfortable bed, friendly staff.
